Course Bookings

  • A reservation will be made upon receipt of either:
    • a completed booking form sent online
    • a phone booking
  • Joining instructions for each course will be sent upon receipt of a minimum 25% deposit payment.
  • Payment can be made electronically using our online facility
    • using your Paypal account
    • using a credit / debit card payment if you do not have a Paypal account
  • Payment against invoices can be made by:
    • Paypal or credit / debit card using our online facility as outlined in the previous bullet point
    • BACS using the following detail
      • Bank: Lloyds plc / Acc.: Mesh-4-Safety Limited / Acc No.: 00059808 / S-Code: 30-91-60]
    • cheque made payable to "Mesh-4-Safety Ltd"
  • Full payment must be received prior to course registration requirements
    • NEBOSH 8 weeks prior to exam date
    • IOSH / BSC prior to course commencement
  • Written cancellations received at least 28 days prior to the event will receive a full refund less a £75 admin charge and any registration costs already incurred (for NEBOSH exam registration), those received between 28 & 14 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund, after this time only a 25% refund will be issued.
  • Substitution of delegates may be made anytime; with the exception of NEBOSH courses where any substitutions must be made AT LEAST 8 weeks before the exam date (Where a booking has been sent off to NEBOSH then NEBOSH do not allow substitutions and a new registration would be necessary - see NEBOSH specific exam registration warning).
  • An IOSH / BSC booking may be carried forward to a future course at a cost of £75 (to cover admin costs).
  • A NEBOSH booking may also be carried forward to a future course at a cost of £75 + any NEBOSH registration costs already incurred (up to 8 weeks before the exam date). For postponements made after this a £275 fee + any NEBOSH registration costs already incurred will be charged.
  • Mesh-4-Safety reserves the right, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, to alter the content and timing of the course programme, the speakers, the date or the venue. In the unlikely event of a cancellation a full refund will be given.
